Templar Gear Guide

Templar has two gear paths, for 1v1 and Tank/AoE. The 1v1 gear path emphasizes gear with high ICD (Increased Critical Damage), while the Tank/AoE gear path emphasizes HP% and later, block rate.

1v1

TIP: If Champion jewels are too expensive, pick up a Marksman set! While the stat effects from the rings and earrings won't help you much, the combined set effect (ICD+15%, Attack+8%) can give you a huge boost in power for a much lower price.

Level 1

While all of these are items you can equip at level 1, many of them will not be feasibly obtainable until level 150+. If you're gearing your first character, please check back as you progress, but don't worry about getting these early on.

  • Fierce Dragon King set from Dragon Set NPC in Northern Flaris for 500 perins

  • Vengeance Mask of the Fierce Dragon King from VP chance box

  • Hero Glasses (STR) from VP chance box

• Cloaks

  • Skeleton Devil's Cloak from chance boxes

  • Dark Devil's Cloak of Fear from CWT mythical ticket or chance boxes

  • Bandit's Cloak from VP chance box

Level 45

At level 45, you'll be using beginner chip gear from Solarius.

• Panggril Set from Solarius in Northern Flaris
• (Optional) Sword of Silver Sword from Solarius

Level 60

At level 60, you'll be using beginner chip weapons from Solarius. For 1v1 Templars, 2H Swords are the preferred options for ICD substats.

Level 105

At level 105, all your gear can be found from the Dekane Mines solo dungeon.

• Legendary Golden 2H Sword & Extro Set from Dekane Mines

Level 120

At level 120 you have a luxury option of getting a Vampire 2H Sword for damage.

• (Optional) Vampire 2H Sword from Aminus Dungeon

Level 121-H

If you didn't manage to pick up a Vampire 2H Sword at level 120, the Mastercraft Kingslayer is another really good weapon for 1v1.

Level 130-H

At level 130, Altered Majestic Bilari is slightly stronger (3% more attack) but should be considered a luxury option.

• (Optional) Altered Majestic Bilari Set from Reonan (exchanged from Majestic Bilari pieces)

Level 150 AR25

All classes at AR25 will pursue their Blessed & Cursed gear.

• Blessed Bilari Set and jewels from Blessed/Cursed Exchange

Level 150 AR50

All classes at AR50 will pursue their Hephaestus weapons.

• Bloodbane 2H Sword (Hephaestus weapon)

Level 150 AR75

All classes at AR75 will pursue their Yggdrasil set.

• (Optional) Luxury Hairband (ATK + 7%) from Challenges
• (Optional) Yggdrasil Templar Mask from Reonan

Tank/AoE

Level 1

While all of these are items you can equip at level 1, many of them will not be feasibly obtainable until level 150+. If you're gearing your first character, please check back as you progress, but don't worry about getting these early on.

Level 45

At level 45, you'll be using beginner chip gear from Solarius.

Level 60

At level 60, you'll be using beginner chip weapons from Solarius.

• Guardian 2H Axe from Solarius in Northern Flaris

Level 105

At level 105, all your gear can be found from the Dekane Mines solo dungeon.

• Legendary Golden 2H Axe & Knighert Set from Dekane Mines

Level 120

At level 120 you have some optional choices, but you can skip over them

• (Optional) Bloody 2H Axe & Cruentus Set from Red Meteonyker

Level 130-H

At level 130, your options branch a little more depending on playstyle. Starting from level 130, 2H swords are preferred for Tanking (both ranged and melee blockrate), though 2H axes are sometimes used for AoE farming.

• Celestial Edge (tank preferred) or Harbinger (AoE preferred) from Ankou's Asylum
• Majestic Bilari Set from Kalgas' Cave

Level 150 AR25

All classes at AR25 will pursue their Blessed & Cursed gear.

• Cursed Bilari Set and jewels from Blessed/Cursed Exchange

Level 150 AR50

All classes at AR50 will pursue their Hephaestus weapons.

• Titanbane 2H Sword (Hephaestus weapon)

Level 150 AR75
